Appreciating the good things in life is valuable in that it makes one feel more positive, engaged and connected. Being a 'mind-process', the more skilful the appreciation can be the greater the benefit.

I notice that my 'mindscape' always infuences my actions, and even subtle changes can have a significant impact in my day-to-day.
I am frequently out of my comfort zone these days, so doing a mindfulness course is particularly timely.
